Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences during evening shifts
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and local DC expertise
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare shift reports
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with hotel management systems
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Washington DC area is a significant plus
