Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently

- Assist with event setup and guest reception
- Execute upselling opportunities for premium services
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred
