- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Monitor lobby areas to ensure guest safety and comfort
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP guest services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience
- Valid Nevada Gaming Card (if applicable)
