Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with dining reservations and inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless service flow - Manage seating arrangements during peak evening hours
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally - Maintain clean and organized reception areas
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM)
