Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain guest satisfaction
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and reconcile nightly transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Perform nightly audits and prepare accurate shift reports
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), including weekends
- Proficient with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for errands)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
