Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warm, professional demeanor
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain pristine dining and lounge areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing procedures including setup/reset
- Upsell premium beverages and signature menu items
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends (4-6pm to 12am shifts)
- Basic POS system knowledge preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service certification
