Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest service with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Manage reservations, seating, and waitlist coordination during peak evening hours
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Uphold cleanliness standards and maintain a sophisticated ambiance
- Assist with opening/closing duties including inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced evening environment
- Flexible availability Monday-Friday evenings (5 PM-11 PM)
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service compliance
