Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and solutions
- Maintain accurate billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Update guest profiles and maintain property systems
- Prepare end-of-day reports and cash reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings (2 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (for errands if needed)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods
