Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized welcome and assistance to hotel guests and visitors
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with concierge and security teams for seamless guest experiences
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards throughout evening shifts
- Assist with event coordination and special guest requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic office software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
- Knowledge of New Orleans attractions and culture is a plus
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if transportation required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
