Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening check-ins, check-outs, and in-person requests
- Manage VIP reservations and special event coordination with precision
- Operate hotel systems including PMS, payment processing, and concierge services
- Collaborate with security and dining teams for seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain pristine public spaces during evening hours
- Support F&B operations during peak dinner/nightlife periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or high-end customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced evening environments
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
