Our trendy downtown location blends Southern charm with modern flair, attracting locals and tourists alike. You'll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with opportunities for growth and consistent evening shifts (typically 4-11 PM).
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, authentic Nashville hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak evening hours
- Process orders and payments accurately through our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain immaculate dining standards and cleanliness protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with positive problem-solving
- Contribute to a high-energy team atmosphere during weekend rushes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Tennessee Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude under pressure with service-oriented mindset
- 21+ for alcohol service (if applicable)
