Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warm, authentic New Orleans hospitality
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements during peak evening hours
- Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Maintain pristine venue ambiance and cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Assist with inventory management and opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) with weekend flexibility
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be 18+ with valid work authorization
