Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and inventory management of goods within the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently during evening shifts.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
