What You'll Do:
As a Shift Lead, you will oversee daily operations during our critical evening hours, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the evening shift operations to ensure 100% productivity and safety compliance.
- Conduct shift briefings and training sessions for incoming staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to meet daily KPIs.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns immediately.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained and operational.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management systems.
- Valid UK driver's license is a plus.
