Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and VIP experiences with precision
- Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and venue operations

- Monitor inventory and maintain high service standards
- Execute promotional activities and social media engagement
- Report operational insights to management team
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old (TABC certification provided)
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Customer service or hospitality experience a plus
