Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer data into our CRM system with high attention to detail.
- Assist evening-level inquiries via email and phone with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update digital records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Perform routine data audits to identify and correct errors immediately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Follow strict security protocols to protect sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote hybrid).
