What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries regarding software, hardware, and billing via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Document all interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
