Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store organization.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the morning and afternoon shifts to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
