Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest assistance during peak evening operations (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using advanced property management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and efficiency, exceeding expectations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium amenities and local experiences
- Maintain pristine common areas and ensure brand standards compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Sabre)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
