Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event equipment including AV systems, staging, and signage
- Execute event protocols for guest registration, crowd control, and attendee assistance
- Operate provided technology like RFID scanners, check-in kiosks, and lighting controls
- Coordinate with venue staff and clients to ensure seamless event execution
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service excellence
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues using provided equipment manuals
- Document event activities and provide post-event feedback to management
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- Basic familiarity with event technology (training provided for all systems)
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Lexington metro
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred but not required
