Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) to perfection
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation across all workstations and equipment
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash/transactions efficiently
- Manage inventory restocking and ensure freshness of all coffee/food products
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and company standards consistently
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bean varieties
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
