Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining service standards
- Resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues as needed
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during evening shifts
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless handover of operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability between 5 PM - 11 PM (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
