Responsibilities
- Manage 50+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and service inquiries with empathy and accuracy
- Document interactions in CRM system with 99% data integrity
- Collaborate with overnight teams for seamless handoffs
- Meet/exceed 95% customer satisfaction targets
- Process payments and transactions securely
- Adapt to changing priorities during peak evening hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years customer service experience (preferred)
- Available 4-6 evenings weekly (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Zendesk/CRM platforms
- Stress tolerance under high-volume conditions
- Valid Tennessee ID for daily payroll processing
- Reliable transportation to Beale Street location
