- Manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process reservations and handle payment transactions accurately
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Update guest information in our digital systems
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic proficiency with reservation software and POS systems
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis
