Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage reservation systems and optimize evening check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless evening operations
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attention to detail
- Assist with evening inventory management and facility preparations
- Document guest feedback and service metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required (hospitality/retail preferred)
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM, including weekends)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with reservation systems and basic office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
