- Identify upsell opportunities during interactions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Evening/night shift availability (4PM-1AM)
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Conflict resolution certification preferred
- Must pass background check & drug screen
- Spanish bilingual a major plus
