- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image
- Update and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Process transactions and assist with administrative tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service protocols
- Participate in monthly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
