Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
- Resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Process transactions and update customer records accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Support weekend rotations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience required
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in evening/night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Philadelphia residency preferred (or reliable transportation)
