Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service excellence standards
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
