Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process service requests and resolve issues efficiently using our CRM system
- Assist with community event coordination and evening program support
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and report generation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for occasional site visits)
