Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer support during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during evening shifts
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible evening schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
