Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and product displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings & weekends)
- Basic math and computer proficiency
