- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining security protocols
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during evening shifts
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Uphold brand standards in presentation and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students encouraged to apply)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred

- Evening availability (Monday-Sunday, 4 PM - 11 PM)
