Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

Qualifications

- Availability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) weekends
