Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
