Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during peak evening hours.
- Process sensitive data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
