Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients entering the store or contacting the support line.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and general store operations.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met during busy shifts.
- Perform stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
