- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution and satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and transaction logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and continuity of service.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
