Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional demeanor.
- Process and verify customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update real-time order tracking information in our logistics management systems.
- Collaborate effectively with the warehouse and shipping departments to resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintaining accurate customer records.
Qualifications
