Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Assist with order processing and provide detailed product information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation (if required for hybrid shifts).
