Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening shoppers and clients via phone and in-person.
- Process returns, exchanges, and transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and location of items within the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Handle cash handling and closing procedures at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition and handover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
