Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and maintain high visual standards for merchandise displays.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization during slow periods.
- Handle cash drops and secure end-of-shift banking procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills for cash handling.
