Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service to evening shoppers, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, process returns and exchanges, and efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless store transitions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
