Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and empathy.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appearance and organization of the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Perform light inventory duties and restock merchandise as needed.
- Operate cash registers and other POS systems with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
