- Handle Inquiries: Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order status via phone and email.
- Resolve Issues: Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions and transactions into our CRM system.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer navigation.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
