Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests accurately and efficiently during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with the warehouse and management teams.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure the sales floor or service area is organized, clean, and ready for the next shift.
- Assist in training new evening staff members on standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and/or weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
