Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening shifts (3 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues appropriately
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store presentation
- Collaborate with day and overnight teams to ensure operational continuity
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and positive interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Strong communication skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
