Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shift hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Identify and communicate product or service improvement opportunities to management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
