Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding shipping and product details.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry: Accurately update customer records and order information in our CRM system.
- Shift Coordination: Work the evening shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) ensuring seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with logistics teams to address urgent shipping needs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor call quality and provide feedback to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent required.
- Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service or retail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office and web-based applications.
- Reliability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
