Responsibilities

- Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work evening hours (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
